Turk Clay practices in the area of marine and energy litigation. His practice includes the defense of vessel owners and operators from claims arising from personal injury, vessel collisions, cargo damage and contract disputes. He has experience conducting shipboard investigations for vessel collisions, personal injury and cargo damage.

Prior to joining Phelps Dunbar, he was a law clerk for the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
