JACKSON, Miss. —The Mississippi Business Journal has recognized Phelps Dunbar partner Suzie Baker among the Top 10 in its class of 2017 Leaders in Law. Ms. Baker is a seasoned business attorney with over three decades of experience, including previous experience as general counsel to a division of a publicly traded Fortune 500 company. She practices in the area of business, with a focus on commercial finance, commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, general business, and corporate and securities matters. She also represents real estate developers in purchases, sales, financing, and development transactions.
In addition to her role at Phelps Dunbar, Ms. Baker is an active member of the board for the Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi, which provides resources and support solely to Mississippi children and adults with diabetes.
