New Partners at Phelps Dunbar LLP
Phelps Dunbar LLP is pleased to announce that two new partners have joined the Tampa office.
Barbara Hardy Luikart has joined the firm’s regional business practice group as a partner in the Tampa office. She practices in the areas of business, finance and real estate. She received her J.D. with honors from the University of Florida in 1986, and her B.M. with high honors from Indiana University in 1982.
Ms. Luikart is a member of The Florida Bar and the State Bar of New Mexico.
Bryan W. Sykes has joined the firm’s regional business practice group as a partner in the Tampa office. He also practices in the areas of business and finance and real estate. Mr. Sykes received his J.D. from the University of Akron in 1990, and his B.A. from the University of Miami in 1987.
Mr. Sykes is a member of The Florida Bar.
