Madison T. DeWitt Associate

Madison DeWitt’s practice includes general corporate and business law, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. A large focus of her practice includes representing clients in negotiating and drafting of a wide variety of general business contracts, service and procurement agreements, SaaS and licensing agreements, acquisition agreements and organizational/governance documents.

Prior to joining Phelps Dunbar, she was an associate at Preis Law Firm in Lafayette, Louisiana.

  • General representation of local, regional and national companies, including a major industrial manufacturer, in drafting general business contracts (such as service agreements, procurement agreements, SaaS and licensing agreements, non-competition agreements and indemnity agreements).
