The law firm of Phelps Dunbar LLP is hosting a legal briefing for clinical laboratories in the Tampa Bay area on AHCA’s clinical laboratory licensure application processes. This program will focus on time saving tips for completing renewal and change of ownership applications, as well as how to avoid pitfalls that commonly occur when completing them and what to do in response to omission letters and notices of intent from the Agency.
The briefing is intended for medical and laboratory directors as well as compliance and quality assurance professionals responsible for laboratory licensure issues. The presenter is Robert Hearn, a partner in the firm’s Tampa office who has extensive experience representing clients in health facilities licensure, compliance and litigation matters, with an extensive emphasis on clinical laboratories.
