Phelps Dunbar Receives the Camille Gravel Pro Bono Award

Phelps Dunbar was recently recognized by the New Orleans chapter of the Federal Bar Association (FBA) with the Camille F. Gravel Pro Bono Award, which is given annually to those who have done a substantial amount of pro bono work throughout the year. The award recognizes Phelps Dunbar's service as appointed counsel in capital post-conviction proceedings. Phelps Dunbar attorneys principally handling the case include Kim M. Boyle, David M. Korn, Brandon Davis and Pablo Gonzales. The firm received the award at the FBA's annual luncheon on August 21 in New Orleans, where the Honorable Catherine D. Kimball, Chief Justice, Louisiana Supreme Court, was the keynote speaker.
