Phelps Dunbar LLP Selected as a Best Place to Work

Phelps Dunbar's New Orleans office was recently selected by New Orleans CityBusiness as one of the 2009 Best Places to Work. This year marks the fourth consecutive year that the firm was recognized as one of the top large companies in New Orleans. For this recognition, Phelps Dunbar and the other honorees were recognized at an awards luncheon on December 11 in New Orleans and were profiled in the December 14 issue of CityBusiness. To view Phelps Dunbar's profile, click here.

Each year, CityBusiness selects the city's 50 top employers, including 35 large companies (more than 50 employees) and 15 small companies (less than 50 employees). Phelps Dunbar was selected among the large companies based on a questionnaire of benefits offered at each company, including average salary, health care, paid time off and employee programs, coupled with an online survey of employees. The New Orleans chapter of the Human Resource Management Association assisted CityBusiness in selecting the 50 honorees.
