Fenita Morris-Shepard has extensive experience in the health care industry and focuses her practice on health care matters, including litigation, professional liability, labor and employment and contracts. She is also a certified mediator.

Ms. Morris-Shepard previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Civil Division in the Eastern District of North Carolina for eight years and has held numerous in-house counsel positions in a variety of sectors including financial services, the government and health care. She also teaches for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
