Jason Pill, an attorney who practices in the area of labor and employment in Phelps Dunbar's Tampa office, will serve as a panelist regarding "A Quick Look Into Your Case Psyche” at the 4th annual University of Florida Electronic Discovery Reference Model E-Discovery Conference on March 30.
The conference provides a pathway for attorneys, paralegals and support professionals to move beyond simple keyword searching to basic data analytics. Attendees will also be exposed to simple tools such as near duplicates analysis, automatic document grouping, document clustering and the magical process of finding “more like this.”
This year's conference also includes a judges panel featuring Florida State Court Judge Gill Freeman (Miami), U.S. Magistrate Judges Gary Jones (N.D. Fla.), William Matthewman (S.D. Fla.) and Anthony Porcelli (M.D. Fla.) discussing the e-discovery competency courts should expect from attorneys.
