  • Representation of multi-state banks in preparation of banking documents and merger and acquisition related documents.
  • Representation of landowners in negotiations with major oil companies in connection with oil, gas and mineral related matters and contractual disputes.
  • Representation of regional construction company in negotiations for public and private construction jobs.
  • Representation of individuals and/or businesses in negotiation and purchase of historic buildings in downtown Mobile.
  • Representation of national energy company in connection with the negotiation for real estate leases, regulatory approval, and tax abatements and credit.
  • Representation of entrepreneurs in negotiations for the lease of property in order to open businesses and restaurants.
  • Representations of clients in creating corporations, limited liability companies and other legally recognized entities and ensuring that corporate clients are properly qualified to do business in the States of Alabama and Mississippi.
  • Representation of individual clients who ultimately were awarded a judgment in excess of $3 million in lawsuit involving a dispute over property fronting the Gulf of Mexico.
  • Representation of banks in lawsuits in which the banks were awarded summary judgment in multiple breach of contract and guaranty actions, and achieving favorable appellate court decisions in multiple cases.
