Brian is a partner in the admiralty group in the New Orleans office, concentrating on ship financing and admiralty litigation. His practice in the area of ship financing involves commercial transactions and representing vessel owners, lenders, and shipyards in ship construction, ship sales and financing, lien enforcement, charters, and vessel documentation and coastwise trade matters.. His admiralty litigation practice includes representing vessel owners and underwriters in matters involving personal injury, collision, cargo, commercial disputes, construction, and mortgage foreclosure.
Brian also practices in the area of gaming law, representing casino owners, operators, and lenders in complex financial transactions, licensing, and litigation.
