Practice
Ray is an associate in the regional admiralty practice group in the New Orleans office. From 2000 to 2004, he served in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer with the rank of Lieutenant (O-3), and he is now a Lieutenant Commander (O-4) in the United States Navy Reserve.
