Practice

Harvey is a partner and the practice coordinator of the business group in the New Orleans office. He practices in the areas of business and finance and real estate, with an emphasis on commercial and corporate finance, banking, partnerships and joint ventures, commercial real estate and other commercial transactions, real estate and equipment acquisition, financing and leasing, including leveraged leasing, debt restructuring, zoning and land use, governmental and regulatory affairs, and gaming law. He serves as lead counsel for various institutional clients of the firm on all manner of transactions involving his areas of practice. He is recognized as a leading practitioner in the area of transactional law in The Best Lawyers in America.
