Ashley is an associate in the Mobile litigation group and resides in the firm's Gulf Shores office. As part of her commercial and business litigation practice, she represents and advises businesses and individuals on issues involving business torts and contractual disputes. Ashley also works with regionally and community-based financial institutions on litigation matters involving banking law.
Ashley's labor and employment practice includes assisting clients in drafting policies, procedures, and handbooks, and she often works with employers on issues involving technology in the workplace, e-discovery, and document/data retention. In addition, Ashley regularly defends employers against charges filed with the EEOC and in federal and state employment litigation. Ashley has a particular interest in cases involving the intersection of business and employment litigation, such as trade secrets, covenants not to compete, and non-solicitation/non-disclosure agreements.
