Practice

Seth is a partner in the firm's regional commercial litigation practice group in the Tampa office. His practice is devoted primarily to construction and commercial litigation, which includes construction defect and delay claims, professional liability and errors and omissions, and commercial business and contractual disputes. He also has substantial experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts and counseling owners, developers, engineers, and contractors on their administration. His experience includes both commercial and residential projects, including condominiums, office buildings, shopping malls, public facilities, power plants, and highways.
 
Seth has been awarded the "AV" rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory, which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards. He was recognized in the 2006 edition of Florida Trend magazine's "Florida Legal Elite," a select group comprised of only the top two percent of lawyers practicing in Florida. He has also been recognized among a select group of construction lawyers listed in a nationwide client survey published in Chambers USA, America's Leading Lawyers for Business.
