Bridgforth is a partner and the practice coordinator of the business practice group in the Jackson, Mississippi office. He practices primarily in the areas of business, finance and real estate, including entity formation, leasing, lending, mergers, asset conveyances, real property conveyances, franchising, intellectual property work and various other commercial transactions. Bridgforth is also among a select group of lawyers recognized in The Best Lawyers in America.
