Practice
MaryJo is an associate in the regional employment law practice group in the New Orleans office. MaryJo's practice area encompasses a broad range of labor and employment law disputes including Title VII discrimination litigation, EEOC complaints and investigations, employment contracts and non-competition agreements, and wage and garnishment litigation. She practices before federal and state courts throughout Louisiana. Prior to joining Phelps Dunbar, MaryJo served as a clerk to the Honorable James J. Brady of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana from 2006-2007.
