Jane is counsel in the litigation group in the Baton Rouge office. She practices in the areas of commercial litigation, environmental litigation, and insurance coverage and litigation, including matters involving securities and anti-trust law. Jane has served as coordinating counsel on large litigation matters throughout the United States, including declaratory actions brought by oil companies for determinations of insurance coverage for their North American environmental liabilities. Prior to joining Phelps Dunbar, Jane served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James L. Dennis, Louisiana Supreme Court.
