A partner and the regional practice coordinator of the firm's insurance and reinsurance group, for more than twenty years Marshall has practiced in the areas of insurance coverage, professional indemnity/risk and contract review, bad faith counseling, and related litigation. As a young lawyer Marshall completed a secondment to a Lloyd's non-marine syndicate, during which period he provided in-house advices to several London market insurers. His experience includes litigating a variety of non-marine matters, with an emphasis on professional liability. Marshall oversees several of the Firm's regional coverage instructions. He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America.
