Josh is an associate in the firm's regional business practice group in the Tampa office. His real estate experience includes all aspects of acquisition, development and disposition of commercial, agricultural, mixed-use and residential real estate. He has experience negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases and various types of development agreements. He also represents buyers, sellers, banking institutions and developers in matters pertaining to real estate closings. Josh's real estate litigation experience includes all aspects of business and real estate-related disputes. He represents clients in deposit disputes, residential and commercial tenant evictions, title defect claims, quiet title actions, foreclosures, probates and trust administrations. He has also assisted various national and international companies in collection-related matters. He also has experience in various aspects of construction litigation, including delay damage, defect claims, payment-related disputes and claims for unforeseen site conditions. Prior to joining the firm, Josh served as a federal judicial intern for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovacahevich (United States District Court, Middle District of Florida). While attending law school, he interned at the Florida Office of the Attorney General.
