Rachel is an associate in the commercial litigation regional practice group in the firm's Tupelo office. Her experience includes the defense of physicians and hospitals in negligence claims, as well as the defense of merchants in premises liability claims, and employers in actions stemming from covenants not to compete. She also has experience in copyright law and health care law.
