Chris is a partner in the business group in the Jackson office. He practices in the areas of business and corporate law, commercial litigation, commercial and real estate transactions, bankruptcy and insolvency, and intellectual property.

- Representation of licensee in disputes with licensor before the American Arbitration Association in three different proceedings involving six different agreements.
- Served as bankruptcy counsel in the jointly administered Chapter 11 reorganization cases of a publicly traded, fertilizer and chemical manufacturer and its domestic subsidiaries, which had average annual revenues and total assets of almost $500 million.
- Representation of dealer in litigation with manufacturer.
- General representation of commercial and residential real estate developer in Mississippi projects.
- General representation of publicly held apparel manufacturer.
- Representation of chemical distributor in toxic tort litigation.
- Representation of creditors in assertion of administrative, secured and other claims in bankruptcy proceedings.
- Representation of parties to adversary proceedings in bankruptcy cases.
