Chris is a partner in the business group in the Jackson office. He practices in the areas of business and corporate law, commercial litigation, commercial and real estate transactions, bankruptcy and insolvency, and intellectual property.

• Served as bankruptcy counsel in the jointly administered Chapter 11 reorganization cases of a publicly traded, fertilizer and chemical manufacturer and its domestic subsidiaries, which had average annual revenues and total assets of almost $500 million.
