Barbara is a partner in the firm's regional business practice group in the Tampa office. She practices in the areas of business and finance and real estate. She has extensive real estate experience in commercial real estate including mortgages, acquisitions, development, finance (secured and unsecured), workouts and retail site leasing. She also has handled matters involving shopping center acquisitions/sales, golf courses and retail site leasing and development, as well as land acquisitions and sales, and mobile home law. Barbara has additional experience with real estate acquisitions, contracts, development, finance, leasing, sales, secured lending, and tax appeals and tax assessment. Barbara has been awarded the "AV" rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
