Barbara is a partner in the firm's regional business practice group in the Tampa office. She practices in the areas of real estate, business and finance. She has extensive experience in commercial real estate including acquisition, financing (secured and unsecured lending and workouts), development, sale and leasing of commercial, retail, hotel, apartment and mixed-use properties. She has handled matters including shopping center acquisitions/sales, office and residential condominiums, restaurants, golf courses and retail site leasing and development, as well as land acquisitions and sales. Barbara has been awarded the "AV" rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards. She is also among a select group of lawyers recognized by The Best Lawyers in America in the category of Real Estate Law.
