Practice
David is a partner in the admiralty and tort regional practice group in the New Orleans office. He has extensive trial and appellate experience in various aspects of maritime law, including personal injury/death, contract disputes, offshore rigs and vessels, and major casualties. David has been awarded the "AV" rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards. He is among a select group of lawyers listed in a nationwide client survey published in Chambers USA, America's Leading Lawyers for Business and The Best Lawyers in America. Prior to joining Phelps Dunbar, David was with the Terriberry, Carroll, & Yancey, L.L.P. law firm in New Orleans.
