Richard is a partner in the Mobile litigation group and resides in the Gulf Shores office. His practice focuses on general litigation with an emphasis in construction defect litigation, real estate litigation, condominium development and management issues, premises liability, and personal injury defense. He regularly practices in the state courts in all counties of southern Alabama and Mississippi, as well as the U.S. District Courts in both southern Alabama and Mississippi. He was named a "Rising Star" by Alabama Super Lawyers and has also been awarded the "BV" rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Richard was with Lyons, Pipes & Cook in Mobile before the firm joined Phelps Dunbar.
