Delbert is a partner in the business group in the Jackson office. He practices in the areas of tax, business, and employee benefits law. His practice includes counsel in the area of mergers and acquisitions and the structuring of limited liability and family limited partnerships. Delbert is also experienced in wills and trust drafting and probate of significant estates. Prior to joining the firm, Delbert was a partner in the firm of Magruder, Montgomery, Brocato and Hosemann from 1973 to 1988.
