Gary is a partner in the admiralty and tort regional practice group in the New Orleans office. His practice involves matters in personal injury, cargo, oil and energy, finance and FD&D. Gary has been awarded the "AV" rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards. He is also among a select group of lawyers listed in a nationwide client survey published in The Best Lawyers in America. Prior to joining Phelps Dunbar, Gary was with the Terriberry, Carroll, & Yancey, L.L.P. law firm in New Orleans.
