Practice

Mark is counsel in the Tupelo office practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defense, employment law, and health care law. His insurance defense experience includes the defense of insurers in first-party claims involving life, accident, and disability policies, and third-party claims against medical care providers and property owners. He is also experienced in ERISA and employment matters, including employee benefit claims, breach of fiduciary duty, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination.
