Practice
Gary is a partner in the labor and employment group in the Jackson office. He is general counsel to the Mississippi Municipal Liability Plan and the Mississippi Drug Testing Consortium. Gary has assisted public and private employers throughout the state in matters involving labor and employment problems. He is also among a select group of lawyers, recognized in the category of Employment: Mainly Defendant, listed in a nationwide client survey published in Chambers USA, America's Leading Lawyers for Business. He is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America. Gary received an "AV" rating by the Martindale-Hubbell National Law Directory, which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
