Walter is a partner in the litigation group in the Mobile office. His concentrates his practice primarily in commercial litigation and jury trials in various areas, including toxic torts, construction defect litigation, pharmaceutical litigation, real estate disputes, wrongful death, products liability, fire cause and origin and related coverage disputes and maritime personal injury. He has tried cases in most counties in the southern region of Alabama and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.
Walter is among a select group of lawyers listed in The Best Lawyers in America and has been awarded the "AV" rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
