Britten is a partner in the business group in the Mobile office. Her practice focuses primarily in the areas of probate and estate planning, business and tax planning and trusts and estates. She also handles corporate transactions, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, corporate tax matters, charitable foundations and assists in the preparation of fiduciary estate tax returns. Britten was recognized as one of the 2010 top "40 Under 40" in the Mobile Bay magazine, and she was named as a "Rising Star" in Alabama Super Lawyers. Britten was with Lyons, Pipes & Cook in Mobile before the firm joined Phelps Dunbar.
