Practice
Daina is an associate in the firm's regional commercial litigation group in the Baton Rouge office. Her previous experience includes advising both public and private clients in disputes before various arbitration institutions and in U.S. court. She has particular experience advising clients on disputes relating to the energy and insurance sectors, and she has advised clients on points of U.S. law relevant to dispute resolution and international business. Daina has also represented clients in immigration and constitutional litigation and is fluent in Spanish.
