Kelly is an associate in the firm's regional litigation practice group in the Baton Rouge office.  She will focus her practice in the area of environmental law.  Prior to joining Phelps Dunbar, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable James J. Brady of the United States District Court, Middle District of Louisiana.
