Dennis is a partner in the regional commercial litigation practice group in the Baton Rouge office. His practice focuses on business disputes including business torts and insurance company solvency and regulations. He has represented clients across a wide spectrum of industries including education, state and municipal government and insurance on a regional and national basis. Dennis has extensive trial experience in matters involving corporate governance, having represented clients in directors and officers litigation involving complex claims of business misconduct, fraud, civil RICO, breach of fiduciary duty, and unfair trade practices. His business litigation practice has also included handling Louisiana state and local tax disputes. Dennis has further represented several large employers including school boards in wage and hour collective action litigation. Dennis holds the "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, which is the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
