Rick is a senior partner in the general litigation practice group in the Jackson office. He practices in the area of complex commercial and product liability litigation. Rick has substantial experience in the representation of financial institutions and the litigation and settlement of class actions, mass tort and other complex matters. He is also among a select group of lawyers, recognized in the category of Litigation: General Commercial, listed in a nationwide client survey published in Chambers USA, America's Leading Lawyers for Business.
