Barry is a partner in the business group in the Mobile office. He has extensive corporate and business legal experience at the local, national and international levels. His practice includes significant transactional work in the areas of mergers and acquisitions; banking and finance; private equity; intellectual property, software, technology and licensing arrangements; and real estate purchasing and leasing. In addition to his transactional work, Barry has assisted a multitude of clients in drafting and negotiating their numerous contract and legal arrangements, and he has advised clients on various ongoing day-to-day business legal matters, strategies and issues. His clients have ranged from family-owned start up businesses to members of the Fortune 500. Barry was with Lyons, Pipes & Cook in Mobile before the firm joined Phelps Dunbar.
