Practice

Lee is a partner in the business group in the New Orleans office. He has an extensive transactional-based practice representing clients in a wide variety of fields. He practices primarily in the areas of banking and business and finance, representing both lenders and borrowers. Finance transactions include real estate construction, vessel construction and equipment and inventory and accounts receivable-based lending and borrowing. Prior to joining Phelps in 1992, Lee was an attorney with Winston & Strawn in New York.
