Our lawyers can assist federal contractors and subcontractors in numerous states in connection with OFCCP compliance evaluations, including corporate management reviews, from desk audits through onsite evaluations and off-site reviews; negotiated favorable conciliation agreements; and defended clients in enforcement proceedings resulting from OFCCP audits.
